[Everything doTERRA] Re: Friend with sever bladder pain

Also, make sure she's emptying her bladder regularly and completely.  A stretched bladder will cause her more pain.  She can do kegels and other exercises to help with this, along with drinking plenty of liquids.

You should see if there is massage or stretching exercises that she can do to help break down the scar tissue as well.  I had to get coaching from my chiropractor on how to do this after my cesarean (not bladder, but similar in process I bet).  It's painful, but it's the best way to get rid of the pain long-term.  I also used Immortelle, diluted in my own roller bottle (10drops in 10ml), over the scar area and found a decrease in nerve pain when used twice daily.  I hope she finds relief!

A friend of a good friend has been reported to me as having severy bladder pain.  Her doctor says that this pain is coming from scar tissue and there is nothing he can do for her and her pain.  HELP!  What essential oils do you suggest I ask her to try?
