When we have throat issues, we use on guard and oregano (diluted) and rub it on our throats/neck and behind our ears :)

Her fever didn't come until 6:30 last night, which was an improvement and it didn't go higher than 101.  We went to the doctor today, the virus is in her throat and it just needs to run it's course.  Her throat was inflamed, but it is not strep.  My husband had a sore throat illness a couples weeks ago and never had a fever or anything, but that's definitely what she caught, and for some reason it hit her a lot harder and caused fevers.  So far today, the fever hasn't come back, doctor thinks we're over the hump.  I hadn't been putting oils directly on her throat like I do when my husband's throat is hurting, (I didn't even think of that! Gah!), so I'll be doing that now to help her want to eat more.  Thank you all!  I guess sometimes, you just have to go to the doctor.  Oils can't fix EVERYTHING.  LOL
