Dear All, may you please share what oils to use for obstructive sleep apnea? I have not ordered a diffuser as yet but plan to but, in the meantime what oils I can use until then? Also, what oil(s) I can use to help my daughter rest well without a diffuser? If you provide me with a blend please state the ratio of what to use and what are the way(s) to apply the oil(s) body.
