Amber do you take the frank in a capsule? Do you take it once a day? My husband gets terrible migraines and he hasn't had much luck with the oils. He uses PastTense daily which he feels has slowed them down somewhat, but we are willing to try whatever else we can. Frank on the roof of his mouth hasn't helped with the pain while having a migraine nor has peppermint, PastTense, morphine bomb of frank and oregano, nor wintergreen.
