I do take it in a capsule daily. On migraine days, I take it twice. I have been on LLV for 4 months and by the 2nd month, I went from 15-20 a month to 2-3!!! Nothing has changed in my life or diet besides LLV and frankincense :)

None of the other oils you have mentioned have worked for me with migraines, either, although pat tense does help me with tension headaches.
