I made the following blend for a friend suffering. When I checked in with her to see if she was having success with the oils she admited that she didn't know how to use it internally as that's where her hemorrhoids are located. Please help me guide her with your suggestions.

Very bad with bleeding - Use this blend:
- 2 tablespoons VCO
- 10 d Helichrysum
- 10 d Cypress
- 10 d Lavender
- 10 d Frankincense
- 5 d Geranium
- 5 d Sandalwood
Apply blend topically 4-6 drops directly to area of discomfort 3 times daily. Also use a cotton ball with Frankincense as the last wipe after bowel movements. Sitz baths as well, warm water in tub to cover hips with 2 -3 drops of oils.
