I had a plantar wart on my hand and one on my foot. I applied topically and I didn't get results--I suspect because they were so deep and had been there a long time. I stopped applying topically and ingested capsules of 5 drops On Guard and 3 drops Oregano twice a day for one week. Both warts went away simultaneously. I think this would also help the athletes foot. Do not ingest Oregano longer than about 10 days. Then follow up with PB Assist to help load up on good bacteria so the bad doesn't re-infest. You could apply topically as well, but ingesting them helped me more. Plantar wart virus is technically throughout your body and can reoccur at any time. I think ingesting the oils has gotten rid of my plantar warts once and for all--this was over a year and a half ago and they never came back. I struggled with them my whole life until now. :) Cheers!
