Diffuse Terrashield and purify alternately as much as possible. These sound like the fungus gnats I had living in the soil of some of my plants last year. Along with diffusing, also do not water your plants again until it's an absolute must (I wanted till they were drooping and I was worried about whether they would make it). Then water only a small amount at a time, continue to diffuse. Gnats are very difficult to get rid of but persevere!

Terrashield works great on bugs! don't dilute with FCO as coconut oil attracts bugs instead. You can put terrashield on your face too. I usually use glass spray bottle, fill with water and about 15 drops of terrashield and spray all over. If you feel Terrashield itself isn't doing it, you can add Eucalyptus and lemongrass to the blend. I've done this every summer during camping or just being outdoors. It works great...
