[Everything doTERRA] Re: How to use whisper

I apply it neat to my neck, wrists, and in my hair and have not had
any problems. I also add it to a locket I have with vent holes in it-
I put a felt circle inside and put a couple drops on that. That might
be a better option if you can't use it neat on the skin? Or apply a
drop to your clothing?
