me, I use a combination of about 30 drops each of balance, geranium
and peppermint in a 10 ml roller bottle. I then fill it the rest of
the way with fractionated coconut oil. I roll it on the back of my
neck and wrists when I am having one and it helps tremendously!
However, six weeks ago I started using the phytoestrogen supplement
and solace every day and I haven't had a hot flash in a couple weeks
now! I'm very excited and am looking forward to a drug free
menopause. Karen
