Re: [Everything doTERRA] colic

I found usuing DigestZen once or twice a day was plenty enough. Usually I would put it on my baby when he started fussing and the typical care and attention didn't take care of it. Half an hour later he was his happy self again.

I just put one drop (or even just dab it with my finger) on his tummy, around the belly button. I would be open to putting it on the bottom of his feet too, especially if you already just changed the diaper and put his clothes back on. ;) I don't even dilute it anymore

You may want to be careful about taking DigestZen yourself, as it contains peppermint oil and could reduce your milk supply. I did go through a couple months where I had to completely avoid all peppermint and jasmine essential oils and products that had those oils. I would ask my husband to put certain blends on the baby so I didn't expose myself to the peppermint.

Oh yes, rub the oil on his tummy in a clockwise motion.

Blessings,
Leah

My son is 6 weeks old and he has terrible colic.  I've heard that
DigestZen may help, but how often should I use it?  I was planning to
use it as a tummy massage on him.  Should I take it internally since I
am breastfeeding?  And how would I take it?  If you have any other
suggestions, I would be happy to hear them.
