[Everything doTERRA] Re: Eczema

There are many ingredients to avoid in your skin care, perfumes (I
would suggest not using any perfume unless made naturally with oils,
beeswax and essential oils), laundry detergent, soap, dish soap,
household cleaning products, hand sanitizer, soaps........Here is a
great cheat sheet that lists the top 15 worst ingredients and why to
avoid them. Take this with you and refer to it and read the
ingredients on all labels going forward.

Sodium lauryl sulfate / laureth sulfate - in shampoos, laundry
detergents, hand soap / wash, soap, dish soap and the list goes on.
Highly irritating to the skin and it is simply there to create the
foaming affect. We do not need foam to get clean. Its just something
we've been made to think does but it doesn't.

Synthetic fragrances, commonly listed simply as "fragrances" - throw
out anything like this. It is probably in every item I listed above
and more. Highly irritating!!

Synthetic colors and dyes, commonly listed as FD&C - again throw it
out or dont buy it again. So many of our personal care products have
these to make them look lush and pretty but they serve no purpose and
are harmful to our skin.

Those are the biggies. See the chart for others.
