Re: [Everything doTERRA] GX Assist and Breastfeeding

If you really want to use the GX Assist, I would build up to it. I'm also a breastfeeding mom and haven't been ready to commit to GX Assist for the potential detoxing into the milk. If I really wanted to do it, here would be my approach:

First off, oil pull every morning before eating. This will help decrease the toxins. You can even put a drop of essential oil in the oil pulling. One of my favorite is OnGuard. :)

1 month lemon oil in my water everyday. I've personally worked it up to 20 drops a day in 120 ounces of water.
1 month Zendocrine essential oil blend, 5 drops a day, per Emily Wright.
1 month Zendocrine capsules, and I would cut out all sugar to help kill of yeast growth.
PB Assist

A "light" GX cleanse with essential oils. The original formula is:

5 drops Melaluca Essential Oil (doTerra)

5 drops Lemon Essential Oil (doTerra)

3 drops Oregano Essential Oil (doTerra)

Put drops into an empty 00 capsule (buy at any health food store) and take one daily for 30 days.  Stop for 2 weeks then take again for 30 days.

I would personally do 2 drops Melaleuca, 2 drops Lemon and 1 drop Oregano. Then PB assist, then the original formula, then PB assist again.

After all that, I would be open to the Cleanse and Restore kit. Maybe I'm a little over cautious, but it's really not fair for the baby to get MY junk and problems. He can't detox afterwards.

I'm sure some others could suggest Terrazyme, but I'm not clear where it'd fit best in the "schedule".
