It sounds to me like something else is going on, probably hormonal,
and you should have it checked out. Maya abdominal massage can be
very helpful as well as some hormone regulating herbs if you want to
go an alternative route, once you have dealt with the immediate
issue. If you are feeling light headed and weak it is probably
because you are anemic from the blood loss. Young coconut water, or
Green coconut water, is the best form of fluid replacement other than
a blood transfusion. Carrot juice is second. Once you are feeling
better, I would go back to using the oils, Clary Sage is a great one
for regulating your hormones. Hopefully, you got in to see your
doctor, if not I would go to the emergency room or consult a different
