[Everything doTERRA] Re: Menier's disease

Laura, not everyone has die -off or detox symptoms. But because some
people do experience them, I feel it's best to warn before hand!
Candida is an interesting, nasty infection. It seems to have a mind
of it's own. It can cause numerous problems when it's out of control.
For some people, Candida will also make life miserable when they are
going through the process of cleaning it out! It can cause
irritability, skin problems, bowel problems, anger, fevers, aches and
pains and other issues. Like I said, it seems to have a mind of it's
own and it does NOT want to let go of its little "kingdom" in your
gut! :) But don't let this stop you from doing your cleanse! When
you get it under control, you will see what a huge difference it makes
to be clean from it!

Just drink lots of lemon water during your cleanse, and I have found
that Balance EO also helps! Again, not everyone has die-off symptoms,
but just be aware that it may happen and if it does, it means you are
on the right track!

Does anyone else have anything to add to this? Personal stories
perhaps?
