the site and tell me what you think. I've worked very hard on it and
I would love to hear what you think.

    Dear Doterra wise ones,

I am looking for some help with a friend of my husband's who is a
healthy person, but had a mass discovered in his kidney. He had the
surgery and they believe they have it, but I have spoken to him
about the oils and frankincense for cancer. How much and where would
you have him use it? It's really preventative at this point. I
spoke to him about LLV, but so far he is only open to trying the
    oil. Thanks for your help!

I have two specific experiences. One lady has a 10 year old daughter that
really struggled focusing in school. She would apply 3-4 drops of Balance
up her spine every morning before she would go to school and within a month
the teacher wanted to know what she was doing!
Another woman has a 2 year old son - who just was diagnosed with ADD/ADHD -
(her older son is on meds for it....but not for long....) - so she got a
sample of Balance - put a couple drops on his spine every morning and night
    - and in two days he was lining up his cars in the playroom - something he
had never sat long enough to do! She was absolutely stunned!
Of course, it is a process, and it takes time, and there may be many other
oils that would be very beneficial, but that gives you a good start.

I was told that DigestZen would relieve constipation for a member of
my family. I have been using it for two days and there seems to be no
relief yet. This morning I included a drop of lemon, peppermint, and
digestzen in some juice. Does anyone have any success stories for
me? Am I using the right oils? Help please!

I agree with more liquid - specifically water. Plus...how many times a day
are you using the Digestzen? What is the age of the person...and a possible
cause? For mild constipation, a few drops a couple times a day works...but
for more severe problems...you need to use it more often. I have had great
success if I start my morning with 3-4 drops of Lemon and 2-3 drops of
Peppermint in a glass of water. I have also had good success with 3-5 drops
of Slim & Sassy in my water first thing in the morning. Within an hour -
it's working! Similarly, rubbing Digestzen on the abdomen several times
throughout the day relieves things as well - or taking it internally
throughout the day. Its up to you which direction you want to go. It takes
consistency though - and throughout the day is best for 'constant' relief.
If it is really bad, rubbing Digestzen, Peppermint over the abdomen and then
applying a warm rice pack can also help things get going. Relief is in
    site!

Remember that the oils heal from the inside out. You will not see a
huge difference at the surface and then all of the sudden it's
healed. You know for sure there is no left over infection festering
underneath or an ugly scar. Patience and consistency.

I was thinking on mixing vaseline with oils for cough and immune

You wouldn't want a petroleum base for the oils. If you don't have fractionated Coconut oil use a pure vegetable oil and not canola. Use that for your base with Breath and Eucalyptus. Do equal parts of the oils. And also put it on the bottom of the feet. It works great, and what I use on my grandson who is 2 and a half. He always asks for the oils too when he isn't feeling well. And it's so cute, he cups his hands over his nose cause I cup my hands over his when I put the oils on him so he can smell them and he breathes it in. He'll breath in, then open his hands to let his air out. It's so cute. I have a picture of it.

    Hope this helps. God Bless,

Here is an ALL essential oil "vicks" type rub that I have used:

    10 drops eucalyptus
    8 drops rosemary
    7 drops cypress
    5 drops peppermint
    5 drops thyme
    3 drops wintergreen or birch

    Application:
Put 2-3 drops on feet and cover with socks.
Apply 2-5 drops with a carrier to the chest.
    Use in a diffuser.
Use in a t-shirt tent (Apply to chest, then cover your mouth and nose with a
t-shirt and breathe deeply for at least 5 min.)

This has all the major constituents found in vicks, but NOT synthetic and
    NOT in a petroleum goo.

I never recommend petroleum bases such as Vaseline for anything
anymore because of how bad petrolatum is for your health. Plus,
essential oils are best mixed with carrier oils such as the
defragmented coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, sesame
oil, or sunflower oil so that you still get the full benefits of the
oil without irritation to the skin. Be careful with sunflower oil and
sesame oil as some people can be allergic to them (I'm allergic to one
of them, but since I'm not sure which one I avoid them both).

    Blessings,
    ~Diane J.

Cinnamon has been very effective in stopping my sons cough.  When we added it to the capsule with On Guard, Melaleuca and Melissa that seemed to do the trick.  The other oils didn't stop the cough.

Cypress Oil is a respiratory tonic and tones up the respiratory
system while increasing efficiency of lungs. It also helps remove cough and
phlegm accumulated in the respiratory tracts and lungs and helps loosen
    congestion, making breathing easier.

Cypress is also antispasmodic and can help asthma, bronchitis, emphysema and
whooping cough when used aromatically or rubbed on the chest for a cough.

Wow, thank you Larissa, for this info...I had not even considered that
she might need a cleanse...So do you think that the Zendocrine then PB
Assist would be the route to go?

Joy thanks for your input as well...We already have her on
Frankincense for another issue so I will just let her know that she
needs to be using it behind her ears as well...

Rose...interesting, VERY interesting...so did you do the candida
cleanse or just the Zendocrine to rid him of the yeast?

Jan thank you for that info I will be sure and pass this along to
her...how much Helicrysm? Would you do so much per day as preventative
or just use it when symptoms present themselves???

    Blessings!

    Larissa Reed <jameswilliamreed@gmail.com> Feb 24 01:41PM -0800 ^

Zendocrine would be good, but it needs to be a Candida cleanse -- so
the GX assist pills for 10 days and then follow up with the PB assist
for 10 days. Then, back to GX assist. If her yeast is extreme (and it
sounds like it may be) then make her aware of the die-off symptoms
that may happen. Lots of lemon water will help with that. Have her
drink lemon water while taking the GX assist, too.
