[Everything doTERRA] Re: Broken diffuser

I live in OH. We mailed ours to doterra. Just packed it really well.
It had about a 2 1/2 week turn around, doterra paid the return
shipping. It is just important to call first so they can decide it it
can be fixed. Typically it is the black piece being clogged with oil
and they need to put on another one. Also they can put your name on
the list and be on the lookout for it.
