It sure takes some time to get used to 
I found that for me it was better to just drop about 3-5 drops down my throat directly from the S & S bottle and then follow up with some water.

We have tried our first lot of Slim and Sassy, Must say it is quite warm, maybe it is an acquired taste, have been using an 750 Mil Pump Water Bottle , first with 12 drops and the second day I reduced it to 8, Lorraine has reduced it even more to 4
Any feed would be appreciated
