changed my lip balm recipes but I used to make one with both and it is
highly moisturizing. Honey is a humectant and thus draws moisture from
the air into our skin / lips and helps seal it in and really softens
and protects the skin. I still sell it but just dont have many left
and you may be able to find something locally where you don't have to
pay shipping.
