I have a little 8 month old girl that has this issue/problem called
kidney reflux. (she's my grand-daughter) and she has to be on a low
dosage of antibiotics until she's like 12 years old. (ya, i know,
we've already gone round and round with that, but if they don't put
her on the anti-biotics and then later she loses a kidney......well we
don't want to take that chance either).
This is apparently a genetic thing. (yes, we will blame her dad's side
of the family, lol!)
Anyway, the antibiotics don't seem to be taking care of it and she is
really fussy and you can tell she doesn't feel good, crying
constantly. and YES we do use the oils on her, continuously! So
they want to put another catheter in and check things out. This will
be like the ump-teenth time and I DO NOT want them to insert anything
again!! (have you ever had to hold down a baby while they are trying
to put a catheter in and she looks into your eyes crying and so
helpless? and you can't do "anything" for her? Well my Dani girl has
and I will not let them do that to Baby Jo again!! (especially when
they don't get it in the correct way after the 3rd time!) If she
didn't have an infection to start with, she sure has one after trying
to jab a tube up her 3 times!!! come on, enough is enough.
Yes, I have put my balance on.
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS "KIDNEY REFLUX" AND ANY
SUGGESTIONS?!?!?! PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!
