[Everything doTERRA] craze kit bottles!

I have received my craze kit, but I can't get the cap to fit!!! lol!
seriously.

I can get the white plastic part to snap onto the top of the bottle,
but then I go to screw the black cap on and it won't twist on.

This is with 3 different kits.

Does anybody else have this problem? It's driving me nuts!!!
