www.sparkpeople.com has an excellent on-line food diary, as does
www.fitday.com (though I haven't used that one recently because its
not compatible with Apple).
When I have constantly recurring symptoms, I remember to check the
foods I'm eating regularly. Several years ago, when a nasty cough kept
coming back, I figured out I was eating chicken everyday. Once I
stopped and gave my body even a week's break from that food, the cough
went away and did not return. Good luck!
