The distillation process takes place at all the locations that we purchase our
oils from, which is all over the world. doTerra does not have access to any
of the water from the oils being distilled.
When plants are harvested they have to start the distillation process within
an hour of harvest in order to have the high quality that doterra demands.
You can see that retaining any water from that process is not in doTerra's
hands.
Great question,

Does anyone know what doTERRA does with the water that is used in the
distillation process? I have a client who is interested in getting
some of the water as well as using the oils. Just curious if anyone
knows the answer to that...........
Thanks
