Drop the Cinnamon and OnGuard on your tongue when the cravings
hit. You should be okay because as you use them the cravings are
fewer and further away.

Hello, Everyone!
Just curious as to how many of you have had experience with the
essential oils and smoking cessation. I know of someone that is
wanting to try the oils and would like to know which ones I should
recommend. I have read in the Modern Essentials book that OnGuard and
clove on the tongue are the ones that are suggested for use. How
often is someone supposed to use them? Can you use too much? Would
you suggest a drop of each oil on the tongue with cravings or on a
regular, every-so-many hours, basis?
If there are any other oils/supplements you have had luck with,
please let me know about those, too.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Amber
