Find the tender area on the buttox this is where the beginning of the sciatica is. As soon as you find the tender area, have 3 drops of lemongrass, wintergreen and Frankincense with a few drops of coconut oil, in the palm of you hand. Apply to the tender area on the butt bring you hand down the butt to the side of the leg and down the leg to just below the knee. Repeat this as needed for relief.
