My niece experienced something similar and I made her a blend with peppermint and lavender diluted with fco. She had been itching for months and got almost instant relief. The key is to apply regularly.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Severe Itching Arm... help!
I have a healthy athletic customer that has had a 3 year - continuous - severe ITCHING problem on her arm (near elbow and up). She's been to many doctors, with no resolve. The itching doesn't show a rash or redness, but "chill" like bumps appear and itch like crazy. They come and go, but are crazy itchy. Has anyone dealt with anything like this? OR any oil recommendations?
