I had a headache and decided to give this a try and ended up with a migraine. I get both at times but this was so bad that I'm hesitant to try it when I get a headache again. It may not have caused my migraine but it's the association between the two that is hard to get over. My husband with bad back pain said taking two at a time helped him though.
