I am not sure I agree with that comment. May I suggest you try using DigestZen on your sinus area, topically. And then if you have a neti pot add just a drop of onguard to it for a good flush. Along with the congestion you have swelling which makes it hard to breathe.

Here is what you do with the Breathe at least every two hours. Pour two drops in the palm of your hand, rub hands together, cup over face and breathe deeply alternate between deep breathes through mouth and nose.

I have had sinus congestions for a few months now on the ongoing basis. I sampled some basil and I also use peppermint oild daily and I diffuse breath at night when I sleep but nothing has changed. I was rold today that I am detoxing and since its not flushing out fast enough its causing the congestion. Any ideas what to do with this
