You seem to have a lot to contend with. I would suggest reading all you can in regards to natural healing and the use of essential oils. Attend what classes you can from what you up line may offer you. The first thing I would do is start the whole family on the LLV and any children on the chewables. You need to get their systems in good nutritional balance and then start using the oils for preventative.

for instance using onguard on everyone's feet daily to help build immune support. Drink lemon in your water daily to flush toxins and add energy to your life.

Just a few suggestions to get started.
