I absolutely love the on guard cleaner concentrate. Before the new laundry detergent I would add a tbs. of it to my laundry detergent in the wash. I also diffuse it in the bathroom since it is an area that stays moist a lot, especially in cold weather. I use it in a spray bottle and use it to clean everywhere in the house and kitchen and toilets. Everything except my wood floor. I also make my own soap with Dr. Bronner Castle soap in the doTERRA foam dispensers and add a drop of on guard or the cleaner concentrate and it is a healthy non-toxic antibacterial soap even kids can use. For more moisturizing soap add FCO to your liking. Do need to shake to mix with a foam dispenser. I have tossed all other cleaners in the house as the cleaner concentrate covers everything. You can add oils to it also to customize the spray and soap as you like. For a cold I diffuse, take in a veggie cap and rub on my feet. Not all at once but through out the day. I also LOVE the on guard throat drops. They are quite strong at first but get better. As soon as I feel run down or a hint of someting coming I use the throat drops a few times a day. Not really for kids though. I have been told that they "burn" by a friends kid who just "had' to try it : )

I'm trying to decide what the best way is to use OnGuard to keep colds, flus, aches, etc. away. Is it more effective on the bottom of the feet, through a diffuser, smelling it, ingesting it...? There are so many ways to use OnGuard and I'm just not sure what would be the most effective way to use it. Thank you!
