Hello,
I use the stainless steel straws from aromatools when I drink slim and sassy at irritates my lips when to oil touches it. As far as the cracking in the corner of your mouth that would happen to me when I used some toothpastes. I would eliminate the toothpaste for a week and see how it is. Are you sure it is a cold sore? You may want to google cold sores to get photos and symptoms as the cracking of the corner of the mouth is more ofter than not the fact that it is dry, reaction to toothpaste or mouth wash as opposed to a cold sore. I would use the FCO on the area only and see how that goes for a few days. I also get cracked corners and it is red and sore if the area is dry, especially in cold weather. I also get cold sores and the two are nothing alike at all. Keep in mind that cold sores are contagious and can be spread to your eyes and nose so keep you hands and the area clean. Also stay away from babies and those who have not had chicken pox when you have a cold sore. Hopefully it clears up soon for you!

in water with bergamot and occassionally some wild orange as well. I
use onguard toothpaste and I use the doterra face wash and anti
wrinkle face cream. I also apply clear skin at night on my face and
immortelle in the am. I am now finding that the corners of mouth are
crack and look like cold sores but I don't have a cold. It really
hurts to stretch the mouth ... i keep peeling the dry skin of the
corners but they come back... has anyone experience this before and
what do i use to fix it? also I have never in my life ever had a cold
sore....:(
Thanks
