On the doterra tool site there is an online auction Agreement that states you can legally sell on amazon and ebay as long as you meet certain criteria: 1...you cannot sell below 10 percent above wholesale, 2...you cannot do any special promotions, like 'buy 3 get one Free, etc, and 3...you have to have permission from the legal dept "compl...@doterra.com". You also have to give them a deposit of a thousand dollars. They will ding you a high fee if you brake those rules. You also cannot have an account name with the word doterra in it. Janet

It would most likely be people who are purchasing volume to prop up a weak structure. Maybe they are selling their "free" oils that they get using points. However, there is no long-term success in this type of business via online selling where people are looking for the cheapest price and not interested in building a relationship with a mentor. The minute the customer finds a cheaper price, they are buying somewhere else. Remember that this is a NETWORKING business, which means you have to build RELATIONSHIPS with people to earn that long-term customer loyalty. We earn customer loyalty by offering good products, good education (holding regular classes or webinars), and good SERVICE. Also remember that as a leader, you are working for your team--they are not working for you. ;-)--Pat is right, doTERRA is constantly working to monitor these online auctions to stop people from short-circuiting their IPCs. It is too bad that a few bad apples are out there making it difficult for the rest of us, but just understand how to discuss this with your customers and IPCs if it comes up. Why would someone buy from eBay when they could have their own account and get the same price PLUS earn free product for themselves, PLUS they would belong to a great community and get FREE education so they can use their products in the very best possible ways, PLUS even earn their oils for free if they want?!! The answer is that they don't know they can... it just seems like a great deal for them. Sadly, they don't know what they are missing out on and that they are actually getting ripped off...

Can someone explain? Bc then people will start ordering from those two places instead of us.
Thanks
