I'm afraid I have to disagree here. Most oils are indeed very safe, if not recommended in pregnancy, but you should avoid using some until they are needed. Especially clary sage. It can cause contractions and early labor in some women. It can be great during labor if the contractions need regulating or a jump start, but should otherwise be avoided. It is also in at least one of the blends so make sure to always read your labels before even opening to smell an oil. The book Essential Oils For Pregnancy Birth and Babies by Stephanie Fritz is very popular and will explain a lot of the details. Congrats on the expectancy!!
All of them. The only one you have to use with precaution is the Peppermint and that is in your final trimester, since it could dry up your milk. There are some great books written by some or our IPC's regarding oils and pregnancy. You can find them at aromatools.com or myoilbusiness.com.
