So we have had 3 cases of eczema at our home. Two with babies/toddler. Im the other one. We have had great success but with different oils per case. Melaleuca diluted in fco is awesome for my baby (7 months) I give her regular massages daily with Mel. Lav. and/or Frank. Geranium is the oil of choice for me. It's wonderful on my hands. I also use the doTERR lotion. I have found nothing better! On my 3. Yr old who has it behind her knees I had to really experiment and what works for her, we found, is a drop of Frankincense then lavender. It had to be in that order. I hadn't really thought to treat the baby for candida. I treat myself so it makes sense. I am going to take Pat's advice myself and add the Mel/lem/oregano cleanse to their routine. Hope this helps.
