[Everything doTERRA] allergic conjunctivitis

Hi My concern has two parts. The first is treating seasonal allergies especially sinus issues and seasonal allergy conjunctivitis. I have a little girl who fights me tooth and nail when appraoching her to apply oils on her especially near get cooperation from my little patient is requested. Second, what is the best topical approach to reliefing her allergies? She can't swallow pills yet and doesn't like the taste.  I usually try to get allergy blend (lavender, lemon and peppermint) on her reflex points by her toes and if I am lucky doing the same around her eyes.
