I totally agree with all you said; just remembered something from my childhood. I live down the street from the original Krispy Kreme donut shop. When I was a kid, my Uncle would bring freshly made cider from his apple orchard and we would go to Krispy Kreme, and get donuts hot off the glaze dipper. It was a real treat. I don't do that any more but your email brought back fond memories.

One day she was at her friends house early in the morning and her friend was making a cup of herbal tea. Her friend offered her some. The tea Golden seal. Unknowingly she had been taking birthcontrol everyday.
With in a year of discontinuing her daily cup of Goldenseal tea she was pregnant and doing well!
We as a species have gained and lost so much knowledge. Make sure you listen to your body. It knows what it needs, and What it doesn't.
However, if you constantly crave doughnuts you might try scones with homemade pudding and orangejuice-honey instead of krispie creams though!
