I take 1/day every day b/c my body needs it this way & you are not gonna od on it even if you do take 2 or 3/day every day...The beauty of our PB is the delivery...b/c of the way it is encapsulated we get more of the active probiotics delivered to our gut than other brands which makes PB very beneficial:)
