I'd see if the rash in both areas did better with balance. If your chasing an infection around the body you need to clear the filter organs and Balance is a great place to start gentle. If she were mine Id get her on a probiotic. Ours can be put in a smoothy for little ones.
Bifia 15 is a probiotic even baby's can use. It's the best probiotic I've found outside of doTerra. It's not near as good but its a brilliant probiotic in comparison to anything else we have tried on the market. It can be ordered online from health food stores, many local health food stores will order it for you if they don't have it. It's not cheep but I would not bother trying a lesser one. They cost more in the end.
