You have began the first step of controlling your health. Not sure what oils you have coming, but this is what I would do:

Use Balance as you begin the day oil, put it on the bottom of your feet, inside of wrists and back of neck. Repeat every 3-4 hours. Also have InTune available for when you are feeling unsettled, anxious or have severe brain fog. Elevation is great for keeping you UP. And use Serenity at night to help you rest.

I would also suggest you muscle test these oils to see if they are good ones for you. I have attached a paper on muscle testing, if needed.
