[Everything doTERRA] Re: doTERRA Customer Service

Charly,
 I have to agree with you.  EVERYTIME I have called in, not only do I get someone willing to help, they do.  I have felt that everyone has gone above and beyond to help me with whatever i have called in.

OK--there have been so many complaints on this list that I felt it super great to share an experience we just had with Customer Service.  On Monday my daughter had a fairly serious surgery.  I say "fairly" because going in, it was very serious.  However, with miracles, fasting and prayer, she came out with a fabulous outcome.  Anyway, because of the surgery, she forgot to transfer money from her savings to her checking and the LLV didn't go through.  We discovered this yesterday.  There were oils and the PB  Assist in there that we needed badly.  I called customer service and asked them to run it again--explaining why we needed those oils.  The young lady there was so helpful, took care of it in just a few minutes, but told us that she could not get the order out yesterday due to it being later in the day.  They also did not guarantee overnight delivery to where we are, so we paid for two day delivery and she assured us it would be here on Saturday.  At 2 pm today, the very next day, the Fed Ex gentleman was at our door with the order.  The doTERRA Rep not only got it out on the same day, but doTERRA sent it overnight with no extra charge to us.  I am once again amazed at the caring, wonderful company that I am privileged to be a part of.
