Aromatouch is an amazing oil for circulation. I always passed it by thinking "massage oil", but I decided to try it on my leg (swelling/veins damaged years ago from a deep vein clot). By massaging it from the ankle and up my leg in a gentle pulling motion, I'm able to help reduce the swelling and improve circulation.
The oils in Aromatouch are traditionally used for circulation and muscle cramps. They also help soothe irritated tissues and calm tension. If my leg is particularly painfull, I massage with some Deep Blue Rub afterwards. The Aromatouch and Deep Blue Rub combination is a lot easier on my pocketbook, especially for a life-long? condition.

Hi everyone! I relatively new to doTERRA (joined in mid-August) and I LOVE my oils! I've had a ton of success so far. I joined looking for a non-pharmaceutical way to fight my migraines and found it! Been taking LLV daily and Frankincense if I do feel a migraine start and I haven't had one for over a month, and this is one of the worst times of year for my migraines!--
Anyway, to my question I intended: Back in 2004 I was in a horseback riding accident where the horse flipped over on me and crushed my leg. My doctor said "It's as healed as it going to get" but my problem is I have nerve damage from the crush injury as well as poor venous return (the leg swells easily and becomes painful when standing still too long). I am hoping to find a way to help improve the circulation in my bad leg to avoid some of the painful swelling I get. My thought was perhaps cypress? Agree/disagree? Anything to add to that?
