I used 1-2 drops of frankincense and 1-2 drops of melaleuca, added to the saline solution in the neti pot, and it hardly burned at all (although 3 drops each did). It had my sinus infection on the run within a day. Used it twice a day for a couple more days and then once a day for a few days more. You should continue it for a while after you start feeling better to make sure it doesn't return.
