[Everything doTERRA] Deep Blue safety for children

Why does the DeepBlue bottle have a safety cap and have the warning to Keep Out of Reach of Children?  I haven't seen this on the other oils or blends, so what is it in DeepBlue that requires this?

I'm teaching classes to moms on how to use essential oils with their little ones, so this is important for me to be able to answer intelligently.
