That is how I feel about it. I order on the 5th, it gives me plenty of time to change my order.

We could all place our orders on the 2nd or third day of the month. then there will not be these issues and anger directed toward customer service. They are awesome and do their best. Will one day delay in ordering really make a difference in the grand scheme of things?
