I right click on the "download information sheet" and click open in new window. Then I copy and save it to a word document, clean it up from the transfer and save it that way. Works rather well!

I have put the calls on my husband's ipod and was kinda glad he had to leave town before I returned last week with his ipod. I've been able to listen to the calls in the car. Wow! I forgot half the things I've heard before! Listen again and again!
