After thing over your note did you mix terrashield with water if you use it with water if so it did not mix well it is an oil and floats on top of water I only mix with doTerra's FCO

I used it last night, the little devils were flying right at me, just a couple drops in my hand and rubbed it on my neck and arms they stopped bothering me. I also use it in my diffuser in the house in several rooms so they want be inside to get us.
