Hi Meredith,

All of Leah's answers and suggestions were good.  There has been some
changes since they changed from AutoShip to LRP.  There used to be a
100pv minimum each month, now there is no minimum to the amount of
reward points you can earn every month, but with that they now charge
a $3 fee for each 100pv redeemed.  So if Leah had redeemed her points
now, she would have paid $9 service fee plus shipping and handling.
Still a great value as far as I'm concerned.  She is also correct in
that you can only redeem your LRP points for products that are dollar
for dollar in PV.  You can not redeem them for any of the kits or the
diffuser, and you can not pay the difference.  You also cannot add a
LRP order to any other order, it has to be completely seperate.
