I have a friend whose grandmother is having her foot amputate today.
Apparently, there isn't any blood flow to her foot b/c of blood clots
and collapsed veins. I'm sick to my stomach to think of things that
could have helped her. Any suggestions? I don't know the severity
of
what she is going through, but if there were any way to help her
instead of amputate, or to see if they would work before resorting to
something so severe. Help!
Dr. David Hill addresses this problem with heat, massage and Aroma
Touch blend. He showed it at an aroma touch class. Heat the whole
entire leg from the knee down and the foot. After the leg & foot are
heated, he applied Aroma Touch, just a few drops, and massaged the
knee, leg, along the places where the muscles come together, the ankle
and then the foot. You should be feeling something like debrie
breaking up. He massaged as hard as the person could stand, some are
very tender. He said since he figured out this massage technique, he
has not lost a leg or foot to amputation in 11 years. He even saved a
mans leg who was scheduled to have it removed in 5 days. Ask him about
it at our annual convention. He said you need to do this process
daily for anyone with diabetic neuropathy. It takes about 15 minutes
per day when you get the hang of it. Remember to use the heat!
