[Everything doTERRA] Brand New, don't know anything

Hi, I'm new and just learning about E. Oils
I am 6 m. pg and having a terrible time with digestion. It seems to
have just stopped. So eating anything is now very painful. I'm very
low iron now too and having no success treating that because it makes
things worse.And in order to get anything moving I have to take a lot
of Milk of Mag and then it just rushes all my iron out.
It's not regular constipation, as my food tends to stay in my stomach
and just ferment and fill my entire body with gas. I look 12 mos pg
because of it and can hardly move because of the pain. Dr. s can't
figure it out and it's causing alot of preterm contractions and
because I have a history of preterm delivery and the baby is bigger
than my usual I am very worried and so am unable to do much. So far
two people have recommended E oils and specifically doTerra, so where
do I start? Thanks, Sue
