Re: [Everything doTERRA] borderline hypothyroid

Oh, and take a kelp supplement 1-2 times a day (I take them with breakfast and dinner). They're easy to find in your health food store, and inexpensive. Or, you can take iodine, but usually the people I know who do that have more severe hypothyroidism.

I'd also suggest the GX Assist cleanse and PB Assist since hypothyroid is rooted in an overgrowth of candida albicans, something very few doctors will ever tell you (I think very few know since nutrition isn't part of medical schooling).

I was diagnosed with borderline hypothyroid blood-level-wise, but very symptomatic and thereby placed on medication for it, years ago. I also went off my meds and started regulating my thyroid naturally 3 years ago.

What helps regulate me and all of my symptoms most is our Slim and Sassy Metabolic Blend with DigestZen added. No more fatigue, no more cold hands and feet, no more sluggishness mentally or physically, and no more sugar swings leading to temper flares. I do four 20-oz bottles of water/day with 6 drops S&S and 1 drop DZ.

To help further, eat animal protein with at least two meals a day, salmon at least 3X/week (if you look around there are inexpensive salmon patties and canned salmon mixed w/dill, garlic, dried kelp, and Miracle Whip makes a great salmon salad for sandwiches), and eat a spinach salad every day.

Experiment or muscle test and find what works best for you since we're all different.
